3. Muffins/Scones

Try baking your own muffins or scones to snack on. It's healthier to make your own than to buy store-bought stuff that's crud for your body, and homemade is always better than storebought.

4. Nuts or Fruit

It's good for you and it's tasty. You can find the perfect combo of different types of these yummy snacks to match the mood of your book.

5. Yogurt

You can find the flavor that's right for your book and ix it with nuts, fruit, or even cereal for a tasty, nutritious snack.
