Unknown to many humans, vampires, werewolves, and all the other supernatural nasties they've know from stories are real. The IPCA, or International Paranormal Containment Agency, works to cover up monsters that get out of hand before people learn about their existence. One agent, Evie, is a very unusual girl. Se, unlike any other human agent, can see through the glamors cast by monsters to what they really look like. She can then identify them and bag them before they cause harm.

But Evie isn't being told everything. She is haunted by a odd prophecy, and now she has to deal with sarcastic, annoying Lend - by far the oddest paranormal she's ever met, and her only captive that's ever been friendly to her. Even worse, paranormals are turnong up brutally killed, and Evie's goingto need Lend's help - and her trusty tasser - if she's going to figure out what's happening and come through alive.

I liked the new take on monsters and Evie's sassy, spunky personality. The plot was paced well and the story line was also good. I would recommend this book to anyone. 4/5 stars.
