Darkling Complains: Stupid Reviews

One of the easiest ways to decide if you should read a book or not is to read a reader's review. But while sometimes this can be a great idea and the reviews are very helpful, that isn't always what happens. Some of the reviews are terrible. And I don't mean they thing the book was bad - that's justfiable - I mean the review is terribly written.

Sometimes the review will tell you their opinion on the book, but not why that's their oppinion. Don't you want to know why they thought the way they did? Or sometimes it's a stupid review because they idiots never learned preschool-level spelling and grammar! That drives me insane. Or, better yet, the dolts use text-speak. Are you kidding me?! But the worst is when they're just writting a review to say something totally unrelated to the book or to ask a question about the story. Seriously, people - save it for a chat room!

Please write helpful, intelligent reviews and not useless crud.

Everytime you do, a bunny gets it's wings.
