Just when she thought it was all over. Meghan Chase and Ash were exiled from Faerie, and were trying to live a normal life when they learned that the iron court has been split - those standing with the Iron King want to catch Meghan. And those who stand against him want Meg too. Meghan wants no part in it, but she is pulled back into the world of the Fey and she - with Ash and, yes, Puck - must kill the iorn king. In return, they will have their exiles lifted, and Ash and Puck can be free to go home. Meghan also find herself with strange new powers that confuse her, and she must face the knowledge that she may very well be the true queen of the Iron Fey.

YES. Just... YES. This was AWESOME. Granted, the ending ticked me off a bit, but I'm sure everything will be fine... there are still books that are yet to come out, right? Of course, as with all Kagawa books, there was plenty of action and an awesome plot with just enough romance thrown in to make everything perfect.

The characters continue to develop as well. Maghan is more badass than ever, and she's coming to accept that she and her family have a pretty big gap and she belongs more with the fey than with them. Poor Puck's pretty bitter about Ash, too.

The ending drives you a bit crazy, and if you're anything like me, you'll be doing anything to get your little claws on the next book! Truly delightful. 4/5 stars.
